Take the Challenge!

February is heart health month and here at BCS we participate in the Kid's Heart Challenge. The Kid's Heart Challenge is a community service learning program of the American Heart Association.
It teaches kids:
-
The importance of developing heart-healthy habits;
-
That being physically active can be fun; and
-
That by raising funds to support research and education we can help save lives across the country and in our community.
Fundraising is optional for the students but everyone will be having fun and being active jumping rope during their regularly scheduled PE classes.

For the 2023/2024 school year BCS was able to raise $1,735.45 for the American Heart Association. Thank you to all who were able to donate or great job to those who signed up to take the challenge!
